Upon check-in, cottage is stocked with paper goods, toiletries, coffee, drinks, and snacks - allowing you the freedom of a day or two to purchase what you need to get you through the week.  There are two grocery stores and a natural food market in Willits (8 miles away.)

2005 Weekly Cabin Rental Rates

Weekly rate (7 nights) for up to 6 Guests
$1295 (Nov. - Apr.)
$1595 (May - Oct.)

If your reservation is for less than 6 guests,
please subtract $75 per person, per week. 
Pets are welcome with a $25 pet fee per pet.

$300 Security/Cleaning Deposit is required
but is refundable if cottage is left clean. 

A 50% deposit will confirm your stay.  The balance and security/cleaning deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival. 10% Mendocino County tax will be added to weekly rate.  

Breakfast is available for $8 per person per day.
